Summary of Issues & Losses: Trailer 1: Repainting Required due to poor factory finish: $3,000 UL-Certified Outlets not provided as promised – replaced 3 at $50 each: $150 Non-UL Exhaust Fan – had to purchase replacement: $700 Frame not galvanized as clearly specified in the agreement Poor-quality frame materials and welds – unacceptable for commercial use Trailer 2: Repainting Required: $4,000 due to even worse paint condition and deep panel waves Extensive surface prep and sanding to correct panel defects Two full weeks of labor required to restore trailer finish and structural appearance Combined, I have spent over $7,850 in direct costs, not including the labor value and business disruption caused by this situation. Supplier refuses to offer any refunds or corrective action!!!!
